    1. Configure the personal firewall & other programs to allow Internet access to the following two QuickBooks files:
      • C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks 200X\QBW32.exe
      • C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks 200X\qbupdate.exe
